Traduzione: The Memory Museum of Borgo a Mozzano, established in 1995, is dedicated to the Second World War and the Gothic Line. Housed in the former Oblate convent in the historic centre, the exhibition is divided into two sections: the first presents war relics donated by the local community, accompanied by information panels and historical photographs; the second offers an interactive space with continuous screenings of films on the Gothic Line. The visit to the museum completes the experience of the routes along the Gothic Line fortifications, which include tunnels, bunkers and firing positions carved into the rock. On request, guided tours are organised to the fortifications and to the main monuments of the area, such as the Devil’s Bridge and the fortifications of the Republic of Lucca.
