The German Armory is complete: come and see it!

The new German armory opened at MUGOT: a comprehensive display of Mauser rifles, MP40s, MG34 and MG42 machine guns, with a focus on metal feeding belts. Much locally recovered material chronicles the daily life of German soldiers on the Gothic Line. Educational visit to MUGOT in Ponzalla for Recanati Middle Schools, including an exploration of World War II historical artifacts and a hike to Mount Altuzzo. Students had the opportunity to discover the history of the Gothic Line, visit bunkers and trenches and reflect on the importance of freedom and peace.
