The August 29–30, 2026 returns to the Giogo Pass A Dive into History®, la manifestazione di Gotica Toscana APS che trasforma per due giorni uno dei luoghi simbolo della Linea Gotica in un grande museo storico all’aperto. Rievocatori, accampamenti, mezzi, equipaggiamenti e ricostruzioni storiche accompagneranno il pubblico alla scoperta della vita dei soldati e degli avvenimenti che interessarono il Passo del Giogo nel settembre 1944. Oltre cento rievocatori daranno vita alle postazioni e ai bunker recuperati negli anni da Gotica Toscana, raccontando episodi e vicende realmente accaduti.
Among the highlights of the 2026 edition, the Giogo Pass will for the first time also feature a German 8.8 cm Flak gun, one of the most famous weapons of the Second World War, alongside U.S. artillery.

The reenactments will offer a close-up look at different aspects of warfare on the Apennine front: from military medical services and the work of combat engineers to daily life in the positions, the use of artillery, and the individual stories of the men who fought along the Gothic Line.
